How this works

This demo uses rule-based NLP to extract structure from meeting transcripts. It identifies speaker patterns, action-oriented language ("will do", "needs to", "by Friday"), decision markers ("decided", "agreed", "going with"), and temporal cues to separate action items from discussion.

A production implementation would use a fine-tuned language model for higher accuracy, integrate with your calendar and project management tools, automatically create tickets or tasks, send follow-up summaries via email or Slack, and track completion over time.

What you'd get in production: Real-time transcription integration (Zoom, Teams, Meet), automatic Slack/email distribution of summaries, task creation in Asana/Jira/Notion, decision log for compliance, and trend analytics across meetings.
