Common pricing questions

Are these prices really fixed? +
Yes. We scope tightly before quoting. The price you see in your estimate is the price you pay for that scope. If we discover mid-project that the scope needs to grow, we'll tell you before doing the work — with a clear cost/timeline for the addition. No surprise invoices.
What's NOT included? +
Third-party tool subscriptions (e.g., your CRM, cloud hosting, API costs) are yours. We build the automation; you pay for the platforms it runs on. If a project needs a paid API with usage-based costs, we'll flag that in the scoping phase so there are no surprises.
What if I need changes after delivery? +
The 30-day support window covers bug fixes and minor adjustments. For significant changes or new features, we scope a follow-on project at the same transparent pricing. Most Growth clients come back 2–3 months later with a second workflow to automate.
Can I start small and expand later? +
That's actually the recommended approach. Start with a Starter project to prove value on one workflow. Once you see the ROI, it's easy to justify expanding. About 60% of our clients start with Starter and upgrade to Growth within 90 days.
How is this so much cheaper than hiring? +
